Chris R. Sheridan, Sr. founded Chris R. Sheridan & Co. in 1947. The company has been in the construction business continuously since then, with the majority of our work located in the Central Georgia Area. The company is currently family- and ESOP-owned; and over the next several years, the firm will transition to 100% employee-owned. Chris R. Sheridan & Co. has done all types of work, including new and renovation work for educational, financial, medical, religious, retail, wholesale, and industrial clients. We pride ourselves in having one of the largest lists of repeat clients in the Central Georgia Area. We feel this is partly due to the company's philosophy as outlined in our Mission Statement.
