Employee Development is part of our culture. We encourage all our employees to gain more skills and take on more responsibility and thus be able to advance in both compensation and responsibility.  We emphasize:

• A policy of promoting from within the company when possible.

• Employee training programs which include apprentice programs in conjunction with Central Georgia Technical College, AGC Training courses, AGC Supervisory Training course consisting of 2500 hours of class time, AGC Project Manager Course in Dallas Texas, the Advanced Management Course, also in Dallas and monthly Safety classes.

• In addition to the training listed above, we are always on the lookout for other training opportunities for all levels of employment.
