Renovations for Community Health Services Scheduled to Begin

Chris R. Sheridan & Company has negotiated the renovation contract to 213 Third Street.

As most Maconites remember, this building started life as the Western Auto Store located in downtown Macon, Georgia.

Chris R. Sheridan & Co. renovated the old 10,000 S.F. Western Auto Store into an office building in 1986.  Currently the building is being renovated into upscale office space for Community Health Services, which manages nursing and assisted living centers in the state.

The project construction team consists of Roger Reid, Project Superintendent and Richard Cazort, Project Manager.

Anticipated completion is May, 2008.
