Local Senior Complex to Add New Assisted Living Building

Chris R. Sheridan & Company was the successful low bidder for the new 24-unit assisted living building to be located at the Magnolia Manor campus in Macon, GA.

The three-story, approximately 26,000 SF, facility is being build adjacent to the last building constructed on Magnolia Manor’s campus.

Anticipated completion date is December 2008.

The architectural firm of Azar Walsh Architects with Kevin Walsh, AIA will be providing administrative services. Chris R. Sheridan & Co.’s construction team consists of Wayne Johnson (Project Superintendent) and Richard Cazort (Project Manager).

Chris R. Sheridan & Company is proud to have Wayne Johnson constructing this building project. Wayne was Project Superintendent for Magnolia Manor's last three-story building, and he will have unique awareness of the complexity of this facility.
