This building was a design-build project with an owner who was very actively involved with the construction process. The climate controlled warehouse and office facility were described by a Vice President of Anhauser-Busch as "setting the new standard". It consists of twin 23,000 SF coolers, a 10,000 SF loading area, and 25,000 SF of offices and meeting rooms.
