Chris R. Sheridan & Company recently completed construction of the Multipurpose Building on Georgia College & State University's West Campus in Milledgeville, Georgia. The 9,000 SF facility houses a large meeting room/classroom, restrooms, Sandella'sŪ Diner, and a 3,000 SF open dining/gathering area with a fireplace. A large-radius patio area overlooking the soccer practice field adjoins the dining/gathering area.
Construction was
begun in January 2008 and completed in September 2008. The project
was on time and completed at 10% under budget.
