Our work on Macon State University's Warner Robins campus was the first project that the Board of Regents of the State of Georgia constructed by negotiated proposal, and they were so satisfied with the results we crafted for them that they awarded us a much larger project on the Macon campus a year later.

The project consisted of the renovation of one building and the construction of a new building housing classrooms and labs.
