We were first called to the Administration building at Mercer to repair the weather vane. After we completed the project, we were asked to make a proposal on the exterior renovation. This work was completed in 1976. Two years later, we completely renovated the interior, bringing it up to modern standards within the guidelines for buildings on the National Register of Historic Places. In 2000, we, together with L. E. Schwartz and Son, replaced the slate roof and all of the sheet metal. This project received the Gold Circle Award given by the National Roofing Contractors Association.
