The Bibb County Courthouse was a CM At-Risk project;
CRS & Co. was chosen through a competitive interview process. Work
included a new roof, renovation to the bell tower, repair and cleaning
of masonry, and replacement of windows and doors. All work was
completed with a focused eye on safety, security, and potential
disruptions, since the courthouse continued to be fully operational
throughout renovations. The office of the State Court of Bibb
County wrote an unsolicited letter in praise of Jay Ehalt, the job
Superintendent: "[...H]e has been very much appreciated by the State
Court Clerk's office during this time... you have a great ambassador
representing you." |
