We successfully completed the complete exterior and interior renovation of a 16-story Hilton Hotel, which now operates under the name Crowne Plaza. This 10-million dollar renovation project was completed while keeping the hotel in operating condition at all times. We bid the exterior first; and after establishing a relationship during the exterior work, we negotiated the more complex interior work.
