AgGeorgia Farm Credit, ACA moved into its new facility at 468 N. Perry Parkway in May of 2008. 

The two-story building, completed one month ahead of schedule, houses a total of 16,000 square feet under its roof.  About 4,000 square feet is being used by the local branch of AgGeorgia, and the remainder is occupied by corporate offices, which were previously spread out in separate offices in Tifton, Dublin, and Gainesville.
