The Peyton Anderson Foundation (a private foundation) and the United Way of Central Georgia selected us to negotiate the construction of this building. Although it was not a strict design-build contract, we worked with the architect as a design-build team. This 30,000 SF post tensioned concrete frame houses, in addition to the United Way, several social service agencies, in order to facilitate economies of scale.
