We were first engaged as consultants to the Sacred Heart Parish when they became concerned with their original designer.  Over the course of our consultancy, we lowered costs substantially, engaged another designer, and oversaw the entire construction portion of the completed project.  Reductions in the project's costs did not reduce its scope in any way.  (In fact, the size of the narthex expanded by several feet!)  The overall savings were the result of smarter design and careful detailing, and earned us a Build Georgia Award when all was said and done.
