We at Chris R. Sheridan & Company have worked for St. Peter Claver Church and School for over 50 years, and won a Build Georgia Award for our latest project there. 

When St. Peter Claver's administrators approached us about building a preschool, we offered a plan to revise the entire site and make it an architecturally cohesive campus.  The parish loved the idea, and we were put in charge of designing and constructing the preschool and significant other work to complete an integrated campus and a quiet, peaceful sanctuary in the midst of an inner-city neighborhood.

Chris R. Sheridan & Company also completed a $9.1 million Senior Living housing complex for the Macon Authority.  Part of our plan for St. Peter Claver was to broker a land swap between the parish and the Macon Authority and to coordinate design elements on the two properties. 

Our overarching plan further enhanced the campus atmosphere for the church and improved site configuration for the Macon Authority -- a win-win solution.
