Work Performed by Our Own Forces
The percent varies based on the type of project. Depending on the desires of the owner, we perform all of our concrete work, carpentry work (rough and finish), specialty items, misc. steel erection, and sometimes masonry work. We believe that the more work we can self-perform, the better we can control the quality, cost, and schedule for a project.
